Terms & conditions
Last updated: 14 April 2026
These terms govern use of Saving Grace’s websites and software for organisations and authorised users. If you have a separate order form, master services agreement, or data processing addendum with us, those documents take precedence where they conflict with this summary.
The service
Saving Grace offers a WhatsApp-first booking experience for patients and a workspace for healthcare teams to manage flows, appointments, and operational hand-offs. Features, environments, and support levels follow what we agree with your organisation in writing.
Eligibility & accounts
You may use the service only if you are authorised by a subscribing organisation and comply with their policies. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, assigning roles appropriately, and ensuring that information entered into the platform is accurate and lawful. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or security concern.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful healthcare operations and in line with your organisation’s obligations.
- Do not misuse WhatsApp, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the product at scale, or interfere with other customers’ use of the platform.
- Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes third-party rights — including when configuring templates and patient-facing copy.
Third-party services
The product relies on infrastructure and messaging providers (including Meta / WhatsApp). Their availability, terms, and policies apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for outages or changes originating from those providers, though we work to minimise impact on your workflows.
Intellectual property
Saving Grace retains all rights in the software, branding, and documentation. We grant your organisation a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service during the subscription term according to your agreement. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you, except where we agree otherwise in writing.
Availability & changes
We aim for reliable operation and communicate planned maintenance when practical. The service is provided on an “as available” basis: we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will be error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible, especially when required for security or compliance.
Fees
Pricing, billing cycles, and included entitlements are set out in your order or statement of work. Taxes and currency treatment follow that documentation. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination as described there.
Disclaimer & limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in your contract. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages except where prohibited. Liability caps and exclusions in your master agreement, if any, apply in addition to these general principles.
Termination
Your organisation’s subscription continues until ended under the agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, legal risk, or non-payment, with notice where appropriate. Provisions that by nature should survive (such as confidentiality and liability limits) remain in effect.
Governing terms
If your organisation has a written agreement with Saving Grace, its choice of law, venue, and dispute resolution clauses control. Otherwise, general principles consistent with the place of our contracting entity apply — we are happy to clarify during procurement.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page to reflect product or legal developments. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where your agreement requires explicit consent for material changes.
